The Customer Advisor will be the point of contact with the customer and share the responsibility for guiding them through the end to end repair experience. We are looking for someone who will make a great team member and has a positive mindset.

About the role:
- Point of contact for customers.
- Liaise with insurance company as needed.
- Monitor and update the bookings to meet business needs.
- General admin duties.
- Shift One: Mon- Wed, Shift Two: Thurs & Fri
About You:
- Must have a team first attitude and willingness to learn.
- Desire to delight customers and ability to time manage.
- Problem solving skills.
- Familiar with automotive insurance claims, valet experience or Customer Service Dealership is highly desirable.
- Must have permanent Australian working rights.
