We are looking for a Customer Service/ Administrator for our client based in Winnelie, Darwin. The client supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification.
Your new role
This exciting dual role will offer you variety each day. Depending on the daily requirements of the client, the role would see you working in their sales office, assisting customers with their quotes and enquiries and admin duties. This is a full-time opportunity to work Monday-Friday, with the potential of a permanent role at the end of 6 months.
- Interact with our customers over the phone, email and in person at the trade counter managing quotes, projects, orders, design and queries
- Follow-up on quotations and enquiries converting these into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including, warehouse, transport, procurement and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
- Nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities
- Resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience
- Administrative duties
- Excellent communication skills – and being able to build effective relationships
- High attention to detail, focus and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues
