We currently recruiting for friendly, personable, and motivated Service Front Desk Officer / Service Advisor to join our team in Stuart Park. This position is within our fast-paced Service Department and is responsible for high volume, inbound and outbound front desk duties, and a variety of administrative tasks.
Our Service Front Desk Officer role involves tasks such as:
- Answering telephones, booking in Customer Service and repairs as well as carrying out various reception and clerical duties associated with the Mechanical Service Department.
- Providing exceptional Customer service and ensure all customers are completely satisfied
- Creating a seamless experience for all customers
- Accepting and arranging appointments for Customers in a manner that best suits the Customers timeframe and the Companies scheduling protocols
- Preparing all Repair Orders following company policy and general standards
- Providing accurate and professional advice/quotations to Customers
- Controlling and continuously monitoring the Parts ordering and follow up processes
- Answering all phone calls, emails, and any other forms of communications from Customers in a timely and professional manner and following Company policies and procedures
- Adhering to and provide advice to Customers regarding Manufacturer Warranty terms and conditions.
The ideal applicant will be someone who:
- Has demonstrated experience in a similar role (experience in the Automotive Industry will be highly regarded)
- Is highly organised and provides exceptional Customer Service and support.
- Has excellent computer skills and experience in the use of a variety of software applications.
- Has a professional phone manner and well-developed communication skills
- Works collaboratively with others and is an effective and positive team member
- Displays personal drive and integrity and achieves results; and
- Has demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Has current NT driver's license and ability to pass a criminal history check are requirements of this role.
- Available to work Monday - Friday 7.30 am - 5.30 pm.
