Job description

Our client is a wholesaler and distributor of quality products to the outdoor leisure industry, is seeking a Customer Service - After Sales Support to join their dynamic team.

The role of a Customer Service - After Sales Support is to provide customers with the highest possible level of After Sales service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support and advice to customers
  • Assist with answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
  • Assist with web based and customer email enquiries
  • Assist with service agent administrational tasks as required
  • Liaise with the engineering / product development department regarding product specific issues
  • Comply with policies, procedures and instructions in the polices and procedures manual for workplace health and safety
  • Complete any and all other tasks as required

  • Maintain a high level of service that impacts our end customers
  • Initiate, develop, implement and improve service procedures
  • Manage role objectives efficiently, ensuring priorities are completed in agreed timeframes

Qualifications and Experience

  • Higher school certificate or equivalent

Knowledge and skills

  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Sound knowledge of product and spare parts
  • Computer skills - Word, Excel - Sound numerical and literacy skills
  • Customer service experience Personal Attributes
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Polite and Professional - Self Motivated and pro-active
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Problem solving skills and results focused
  • Strong prioritising skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong eye for detail
