Our client is a wholesaler and distributor of quality products to the outdoor leisure industry, is seeking a Customer Service - After Sales Support to join their dynamic team.
The role of a Customer Service - After Sales Support is to provide customers with the highest possible level of After Sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and advice to customers
- Assist with answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
- Assist with web based and customer email enquiries
- Assist with service agent administrational tasks as required
- Liaise with the engineering / product development department regarding product specific issues
- Comply with policies, procedures and instructions in the polices and procedures manual for workplace health and safety
- Complete any and all other tasks as required

- Completes Department systems in a timely manner

- Maintain a high level of service that impacts our end customers
- Initiate, develop, implement and improve service procedures

Qualifications and Experience
- Higher school certificate or equivalent
Knowledge and skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Sound knowledge of product and spare parts
- Computer skills - Word, Excel - Sound numerical and literacy skills
- Customer service experience Personal Attributes
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Polite and Professional - Self Motivated and pro-active
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Problem solving skills and results focused
- Strong prioritising skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong eye for detail
