• Delivering industry best Customer Service systems, procedures and practices that are aligned to Council policies and practices
• Leading the Customer Service team in achieving community first outcomes across Brimbank Leisure Centre
• Maximising efficiencies across Customer Service processes and procedures
• Building on a team culture focussed on creating memorable customer experiences and focussed on membership retention

To be considered you will have:

• Local government and/or Leisure Services experience is desirable
• Experience managing teams in customer facing roles
• Development of systems, processes and efficiencies to maximise our interactions with customers
