Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our database systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent Service and support.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

About you: 

• 2 - 4 years experience in Data Entry and Customer Service.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
