Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our database systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent Service and support.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
About you:
- 2 - 4 years experience in Data Entry and Customer Service.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
