As we continue to expand our presence in the fashion industry, we are seeking a talented Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: We are looking for a Customer Service representative with strong interpersonal skills to join our small team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is predominantly customer focussed, managing all orders, questions, concerns, repair, and replacement requests from our online consumers but also covers the management of press sample movement and celebrity / influencer gifting.
The Role:
- Managing all customer related inquiries via the Customer Service email.
- Managing the timely send out of all orders.
- Managing all timely actioning of customer returns and exchanges.
- Managing customer returns and repairs with the production and manufacturing team.
- Monitoring all eCommerce and Press shipments with across multiple shipping partners.
- Managing VIP and Press related inquiries via the Press email.
- Managing VIP and Press loan send out and returns.
- Managing Sample movement related to VIP and Press inquiries.
- Preparing VIP and Press Gifting packs and managing seasonal send outs.
- Managing the organisation and efficiency of ecommerce spaces
The Skillset:
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
- Can work autonomously with great accountability to keep track of progress across multiple areas.
- Excellent multitasker with great attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 year experience working in Customer Service, preferably fashion or retail industry.
- Previous experience wrapping and packing fashion merchandise is desirable.
- Positive attitude with a great ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, minimum 35 hours per week.
