Customer Service and Information Team Leader
(Permanent, full-time – 70 hours per nine-day fortnight)

As our Customer Service & Information Team Leader, you will assist and support the Customer Service & Information Coordinator in the provision of high-level customer support and records management to all Hilltops Council customers, both internal and external.
Our ideal candidate will embrace the Customer Service culture of our organisation, and model this for others, maintaining our high-standards across the team.
In this role, you will advise customers & staff on Council services, records management processes and regulatory requirements and act as the first level of escalation/issue resolution for customer complaints.
This is an ideal role for someone who has a background in coordinating a Customer Service team and with an understanding of records & information management legislation, principles and practices.
