Your new role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position will be delivering a high level of Customer Service and assisting the sales team.
- Delivering high quality communication to customers through email and phone call
- Delivering a high level of Customer Service
- Dealing with couriers and outgoing/ incoming delivery enquiries
- Contributing to monthly reports, forecasting, calendar collaboration, & other business report requirements as needed
- Management of sales enquiries, including the auctioning of any emails and controlling the priorities of other people who become involved.
- Management of all website updates and enhancements.
- Order Processing for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly
- Preparing Promotional submission forms
- Preparing New Line submission forms for range extension, NPD etc.
- Assisting Sales team with relevant sales tasks
- Providing support to key accounts and online sales Manager, including but not limited to preparing marketing/sales presentation, promotion form, and creating reports using our various data sources.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years in Customer Service and Sales Support.
