Customer Service and Social Media Assistant

Position Overview:
Remote part-time position (20hrs per week) with a preferred location of the Sunshine Coast (Initial training will be in-person on the Sunshine Coast for approximately 1 week)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience while supporting our digital marketing initiatives.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and Social Media platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and warranty inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to track and fulfill orders.
- Keep customers informed about order status, shipping details, and any potential delays
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Share insights with the team to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek ways to improve the overall customer experience.
Social Media & E-Commerce
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation and scheduling of engaging content across digital channels.
- TikTok content creation and management, alongside Social Media coordinator
- Monitor and engage with customers on Social Media platforms.
- Assist in the development of customer-focused content, such as FAQs, guides, and product hacks
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Assist in managing product listings, updating inventory, and ensuring accurate product information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Social Media is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Customer Service software, e-commerce platforms, and Social Media.
- Confidence to be in front of the camera
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram & Pinterest
- Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Important to have a connection and passion for our ethos (sustainability, clean water giving & adventure)
- This role is a remote working position
