Your responsibilities:
- An open mind: for career opportunities
- Communication handling: managing incoming calls and emails
- Client interactions: welcoming clients and ensuring their experience is positive
- General administrative support tasks as directed
- Data entry, including spreadsheets and databases
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in order to excel in your career. This will include, but is not limited to: Tier 2 in Insurance Broking and Certificate 3 in Financial Services qualifications.
