Our client is as passionate about the environment as they are their product! A visit to our fair country nearly 20 years ago allowed them to notice how aware Australians are when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle and how perfectly their product would fit into that mentality of Wellness. Because of growth they are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in a perm part time capacity on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.
Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Contact with clients and prospects via e-mail and/or SMS for general enquires and orders.
- Collection of payments and processing of payments
- Placing and creating orders using Xero
- Contact with Courier companies, scheduling deliveries, tracking them
- Liaise with company drivers and provide any extra information needed to support them
- Create and update all operational front desk spread sheets
- Date Entry
- Fill booking forms / follow up / forward pallet labels for inter estate freight
- Assisting with the banking when required
- Develop the client newsletter and/or any information the company needs to communicate to the customers
- General record keeping including maintaining an up-to-date supplier list
- Provide administrative support
- Ensuring adequate supply of stock, office supplies and preparing purchase order requisitions for the supervisors in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role you need to be methodical, organized. Have solid computer experience with MS Office applications as you will be using Excel for simple spreadsheets and writing letters on Word.
