About us
We operate one of Australia's largest networks of cryptocurrency ATMs used by customers every day to exchange cash for cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (and vice versa). Operating in a very new and (to most people) unfamiliar industry, we're aiming to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyday people with easy-to-use and familiar solutions.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Customer service experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or other Customer Service platforms would be helpful
- General experience using software, technology and IT systems is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency would be nice but is not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Register new customers before they commence using our services.
- Undertake government-regulated processes such as collecting information from our customers, checking their identification documents, storing records, etc.
- Monitoring communications channels (email, phone, Zendesk, etc.) and providing customer support where necessary.
- Monitor the ATM network to ensure all ATMs are functioning without issue. Where there are issues present, take steps to resolve them (training will be provided).
- Work with associated third parties to schedule cash collections and replenishments.
- Act as a point of contact for our ATM hosts, resolving issues as they arise or otherwise providing assistance where necessary.
- Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

- Annual salary of $60-$70k + 10.5% superannuation (full time equivalent)
