A snapshot of your new role:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
Assist customers in person, over the phone and through digital channels with enquiries, membership sign-ups, centre bookings, and Swimming and Leisure course enrolments
Provide accurate information on leisure centre programs, services and membership options
Process payments and maintain financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure the cleanliness of the Customer Service zones
