Form of workSpot Productions a leading manufacturer of print including digital, offset and wide format printing seek a bright, cheerful Full-Time Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant. The duties will be general reception and office administration assisting our clients. The role will include but not be limited to:
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Reception
- General Office Duties
- Filing
- Assisting the Online Team
- Packing/distribution online orders
Skills & Experience
- Enthusiastic helpful nature
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office 365/Word would be an advantage
- Must have a positive can do attitude
- Own transport & drivers licence
- Customer Service background would be an advantage
The successful candidate will be an essential part of our team, working with all departments throughout the business. The role is full-time 38hrs per week Monday thru Friday and is based at our Pinkenba office.
