In this role, you'll: Play a key part role in the frontline team providing exceptional service to ensure our passengers are provided a great experience while using our NSW TrainLink services. Work apart of a team performing a full range of station functions including assisting with enquires, help passengers board our trains and other connecting services, handle luggage, ensure station presentation is maintained. Ensure that the correct safe work procedures are followed when supervising the division and amalgamating of train sets. This role requires you to work on a 24/7 shift work roster with variable start and end times, including weekends and public holidays. To be suitable for this role you will be based at Newcastle Station however, you may be requested to work at other station locations across the Newcastle region based on the business requirements. About you You are a passionate individual who has experience in a Customer Service environment and is committed to delivering a high standard of service to exceed our passenger's expectations and provide them with an unforgettable experience. You are resilient and have exceptional interpersonal skills to work alongside variety of stakeholders under pressure to ensure the safety of our staff and passengers. You are proactive and good work ethics to work both independently and as part of a team and are able to carry out your role responsibilities with minimal direction.
