The purpose of the role is to service customer sites, maximise customer satisfaction and minimize customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including Diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control & Security systems as relevant
• Overseeing Technicians and sub-contractors to ensure work is completed
• Servicing and maintaining Honeywell and third-party equipment, primarily Building Automation Systems and electronic security systems
• Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces
• Pre-sales support for implementation projects

Key Experience and Capabilities:

• An appropriate Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic qualification advantageous
• 4+ years proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment
• DDC experience: - Knowledge of DDC and controls systems
• Electrical experience:- Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
• Instrumentation experience - Knowledge of instrumentation devises and control applications
