Join this strong team as a Customer Service Representative, providing essential support to sales operations across multiple renowned brands. This role involves managing day-to-day sales orders and quotations, handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails, and ensuring exceptional Customer Service standards are maintained.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume inbound calls within a fast-paced environment.
• Efficiently manage email correspondence and inquiries.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Accurately process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to web chats and email inquiries.
• Manage daily tasks effectively, adhering to company processes and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong telephone etiquette and administrative skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy team environment.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
