About you:
A Customer Service professional, answering calls with good energy; providing a high level of service handling customer enquiries?
A team player who enjoys going to work, possesses a positive attitude, excellent communication and administration skills with experience in the areas of data entry, Customer Service, entering orders and invoicing?

What do you do?
- Being responsive to customer enquiries and problem solving,
- Answering customer calls, emails assisting with purchasing,
- Data entry; processing and entering orders,
- Processing invoices,
- Updating the online system with pricing / discounts,
- Filing and other general administrative tasks.
What do you need?
- Be able to work in a team as well as autonomously,
- Motivation, enjoy coming to work with a smile,
- Have strong computer skills; experience using excel with an eye for detail,
- Have worked in a similar role, processing orders, invoicing,
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, highly regarded,
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and must be reliable,
- Ability to prioritise, work well under pressure,
- Have excellent communication skills & a passion for providing a high level of Customer Service.
