About the Client:Company manufactures, imports and distributes quality automatic irrigation equipment for agricultural, golf course, sports turf, landscape and home watering systems throughout Australia.
About the role:
- Answering phone calls, inbound and outbound, answering emails
- Respond to all enquiries in a proactive manner and ensure that each person receives the information and assistance they require.
- Data Entry
- Direct link to the warehouse and office
- Administration functions
Requirements:
- Must have Experience in using a company database such as QAD/ MFG Pro
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and professional manner
- Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
