Customer Service Concierge

Position Overview: 

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Concierge. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with bookings

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues

Concierge service for our clients, keeping them updated during the entire process

Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Act as primary contact between customers and specialist team members

 

 

Requirements:

English mother language

Previous experience in Customer Service roles

Previous experience in call centre roles (advantageous)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong Customer Service orientation with a genuine desire to help others

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Competent in time management

Self motivated

An excellent attitude to working in a team or alone

Excellent computer skills (Emails, Google sheets and Microsoft Office)
