SalaryOur client, a Memberships organisation, offering an excellent range of benefits, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their busy team and support with providing a high level of Customer Service, administration and processing registrations.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Consultant will:
· Provide Reception duties as required and assist with inquiries.
· Respond to queries from customers within the Construction industry, via phone, e-mail and face to face.
· Update membership details on the system and verify cards.
· Review and process invoices.
· Perform admin tasks as directed.
· Review member's entitlements and reactive/deactivate accounts as required.
· Create and send relevant correspondence.
· Accurately follow processes and procedures to ensure a high level of Customer Service is provided.
The Individual
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a Customer Service Consultant or similar role, preferably supporting with telephone-based queries where problem solving skills are required.
Our client is looking to hire an individual with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
