Your Role
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to be responsible for providing world class customer claims experiences. You’ll be the first point of claims contact for customers, supporting them with lodging new claims and providing coverage decisions within policy guidelines. You will also be responsible for driving productivity, cost and quality outcomes aligned to our Direct Insurance Australia (DIA) strategy. This will include responding to high volume of calls and correspondence from our customers regarding their claims, resolving compliant issues, mitigating risk, feedback and overall demonstrating our values & behaviours– HEART (Honest & upfront, Easier together, Act & own it, Reimagine today, Treat everyone fairly).
Your IAG journey commences on Monday 15 April 2024 with a comprehensive, 8-week induction, with facilitation in the office 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Working from home suitability will be assessed and mutually agreed after 3 months and once fully competent in the role.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 5 days a week between Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm, so you need to provide full availability to work within these hours. Office location will be based out of our Brisbane or Hurstville office.
