Our client, a highly successful Managed Service Provider, has undergone fantastic growth over the years. They have seen success for over 30 years in Australia and continue to flourish.
This is a Service Desk role within the Service Centre. The Service Centre is the first line of support for all incidents and requests. Our Client requires that this person takes ownership of these issues and requests and ensures they are actioned and/or escalated in accordance to the SLA.
This is a 6 month contract with the view to go permanent.
Overtime may be required from time to time - time off in lieu will be granted in these circumstances.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a Service Desk role
- Has Modern Workplace / Windows OS experience
- Azure experience (and certifications) would be highly regarded
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL;
- Experience in installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of server, desktop PC’s, OS, software and related peripherals
- Experience in the management of backups
- M365 experience would be an advantage
