Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Administrators who are multi-skilled. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Answering high volume calls and emails
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Extensive Data Entry of processing orders
- Filing, printing and scanning
- Booking and coordinating video conferences
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed
- Experience working in a Customer Service/Administration role is essential
- Computer literate to intermediate/advanced level including (Excel, MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and Customer Service
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
- Good written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
