Well established in the medical devices industry, Vorotek has seen significant growth in recent years and is looking to bring on a full time Customer Service & Dispatch Assistant to join the team.
About the role
As a Vorotek Customer Service & Dispatch Assistant reporting to the Office Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service
- Order Processing
- Office Administration Tasks
- Packing and Dispatching
Skills & Experience
- At least 1 years work experience in Customer Service or Order Processing & Dispatch
- Engaging & confident phone manner
- Customer Service orientated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 software & computer systems in general
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
