The Opportunity
Based from our Ringwood office, this is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP.
This role is critical to MEGT ANP’s customer retention and growth strategy for key customers and is the conduit to support these customers between our Key Accounts Team, State Teams and Central Processing Units (CPU).
Working closely with the National Accounts team, you will be responsible for providing high quality complex administrative support for Key Account Consultants and Key Account Customers. You will have the opportunity to work across a number of industries with clients within the childcare, aged care, hospitality, security, and infrastructure sectors to name a few!
About you
You will be a driven, motivated and passionate professional with a background in administration, sales support or Customer Service, along with:
- Excellent phone manner when dealing with the internal and external customer
- Previous experience within an AASN environment would be highly desirable
- Proven experience in meeting set KPIs and Customer Service standards
- The ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to change
- Capable of meeting the requirements of a high-volume environment and meeting competing demands
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to understand and interpret applicable guidelines from a Commonwealth and State perspective
- High level of computer literacy
