Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional assistance and support to ensure their leasing experience is smooth and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
- Assist clients with lease applications, payments, and account enquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is preferred
- Previous experience in Customer Support or related field is an advantage
