Our client is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Officer who has exceptional database skills. Your role will require you to be upbeat and make outbound calls. Your listening skills will further help the business to understand the needs of the customers. You will then use these skills to follow through and communicate to the sales reps and the customers about meeting their expectations. This is a service and consumable business so we are looking for someone who can deal with products and repairs. We will provide on-the-job training for these products.
Skills and Abilities:
- A proven experience in a Customer Service team
- Been in a solutions-based role where you need to work as part of a team to provide solutions
- Knowledge and ability to learn new IT systems and appreciate the value they add to the team
- A can-do attitude to assist with special projects
- Great customer service skill
- Deal with multiple clients and business
- Take a range of call
- Coordinate quotes
- Deal with the sales team
- Follow-up with clients
- On board new clients and businesses with a starter pack and knowledge about how to progress their orders
- Sending our calibration letters and follow-ups
