On The Ball Personnel, is super excited to provide an excellent opportunity for 2 Customer Support Officers, to join our client, who are a family-owned business, operating for more than 10 years. They support Construction projects in Melbourne, as a site cleaning company, with their presence mainly in the Northern suburbs, and an additional depot in the Southeast of Melbourne. They are very hands on with the clients, providing excellent service, that is environment friendly and sustainable.
They have 2 Part time Customer Support roles available - Morning shift is 6.30 am to 12 noon or afternoon shift is 11 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
The Role:
- Maintaining top quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including independent contractors
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure efficiency, productivity, safety and financial viability of services offered
- Taking job bookings from building supervisors and allocating jobs to relevant onsite crews and being able to juggle a number of actions at the one time.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all job details as compliance is an essential part of this role.
- Liaising with and managing onsite crews, troubleshooting where appropriate, re allocating jobs and managing cancellations,
- Assisting with the growth of the client portfolio by excellent service and communication provided.
- Identifying and understanding customer needs and presenting relevant solutions
- Managing all administrative tasks, like, respond to emails, filing, data entry, answering the phone, maintaining client records, reception duties, mail pick-up, cleaning duties and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining a high level of communications with clients and staff
What you'll need to succeed:
- Prior administrative, strategic and strong logistics experience such as work force planning experience.
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Emails etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
