Job Description
- Actively engage in team meetings, supporting fellow team members, and contributing to team objectives.
- Display the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Identify growth opportunities and provide market feedback on competitor activities.
- Exhibit strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and possess a working knowledge of CRM usage.
- Demonstrate proficiency in literacy and communication.
- Showcase a passion for creative problem-solving.
- Manage reading and responding to emails, chats, and messages.
- Facilitate the smooth transfer of customers to different departments as needed.
- Resolve complaints promptly, aiming to minimise any lasting negative impressions of the service.
