About your new role:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for performingreception and clerical duties necessary for the effective operationof the service. The duties are of an administrative natureinvolving front reception, customer service and the use of computerapplications for the management of data bases and wordprocessing. The position has a responsibility to theExecutive Manager – Finance and Administration with regardsto the application of policies and procedures and training requiredto carry out these duties.
Full time and casual pool positions availabile, with the abilityto work Monday - Friday 0830am - 5.00pm
To be successful you will need:
- At least 2 years experience in office administration.
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated high level of oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures including cash handling and data entry.
- Computer skills to intermediate level including the use of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
- An affinity with older people.
- Current NSW drivers licence.
