The Role: (Position based in Wagga Wagga, NSW)
An exciting opportunity has become available for an administration team member. The successful applicant will be working alongside our business administration team and report to the Office Manager.
Duties of the Role:
- Extensive Customer Service
- General administrative and office duties
- Data entry and data maintenance
- Basic accounting – Processing payments, invoicing and reconciliation of accounts
- Support the sales team with general sales enquiries and quoting
- Complete Supply Agreements for new customers
- Processing customer orders - online, in person, via email and over the phone
- Managing distribution of customer orders
- Supporting drivers and Area Managers in their day to day tasks
To be considered for the role you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years administration and/or customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated computer skills, including experience in the use of Microsoft Office and MYOB or Xero.
We are looking for a candidate who would like to work in a dynamic environment, with excellent presentation and communication skills. Customer service experience and basic accounting knowledge is highly desirable.
