We are currently seeking an experienced, focused and well organised Customer Service Officer(Manufacturing & Building Customers) to support and enhance our sales and production team.
The Role:
- Customer service and sales support for our Key Customers within the Manufacturing & Building Industries - inbound and outbound customer call/emails, taking queries, providing quotes, placing orders & follow ups
- Providing solutions based on your product knowledge to customers
- Actively working toward KPI’s and targets
- Showcase your troubleshooting and resolution capabilities
- Analyse customer quotes, orders and sales
- Experience in Customer Service/sales within manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, positive attitude, with your ability to think on your feet
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills including MS O365, ERP (like Oracle) + CRM
- Strong analytical, numerical, written and verbal communication skills
