About the role
Reporting to the Customer Channels & Operations Coordinator, you will become part of our high performing Customer Service team in handling customer enquiries across a range of contact channels, as well as receiving payments and issuing receipts.
We are looking for a highly motivated, switched on, confident team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service.

About you
We are seeking someone who has a post secondary certificate or equivalent in an industry-based training course, or knowledge and skills gained through on-the-job training related to the requirements of this position.
Ideally you will have experience in a Customer Service and administrative office environment, have well-developed computer skills and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of customers both internally and externally.
