My client is a National Transport and logistics organisation based in the western suburbs & due to growth we are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to work on a full time temp to perm basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
- Ensure the highest level of accuracy with customer requests and bookings.
- Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure customers receive correct information.
- Adhoc administration duties
- Making outbound calls to advise of completion of jobs
- Meeting KPI targets
- Liaising with operations to ensure prompt and efficient service
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Customer Service experience (transport background preferred)
- Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service and administrative support
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- SAP experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
