About the Role
The Penshurst and District Health Service Customer Service Officer - Aged Care, will respond effectively and efficiently to customer enquiries to provide a supportive and positive experience for all prospective and existing residents of WDHS.
These will include permanent and respite residents of WDHS (Penshurst Campus).
The Residential Aged Care Customer Service Officer will see you being responsible to partner and engage with aged care residents and their representatives, to safely coordinate and facilitate contact and connections with family members and the community.
This will involve co-ordinating on site visiting, arranging visiting through digital communication methods, involved in screening of visitors as required and other duties to support resident’s engagement with their families and community.
The successful candidates will be adaptable and have the willingness to learn a range of diverse processes including administration and Customer Service.
