We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs. Permanent position. Monday to Friday, no weekends!

Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
Greeting customers on arrival.Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
Telephone and email correspondence
Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you?Proven experience within a Customer Service position
Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
