As a Customer Service Operator, you will be part of our friendly Customer Service Team who thrive on collaboration where knowledge-sharing and diversity is supported. Working 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday, in our colourful contemporary office you will support our customers to ensure they have a great customer experience within our disputes team.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively providing solutions to customer issues, queries and escalating issues to management as required both in Retail and Food Service
- Proactively provide solutions to customer complaints, manage the complaints database and provide weekly / monthly reporting.
- Communicating with our Operations, Quality and Distribution teams to manage consumer/direct customer query resolution.
- Assisting with our field team sales team with customer interaction, response handling, clerical duties, data capturing and business reporting
- Advise customers and manage implementation of any changes to delivery / order schedules as required for both Retail and Food Service
- Assist with 2-way communication on Retail and Foodservice accounts.
Skills required:
- Excellent Customer Service skills - calm disposition
- Good understanding of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- Time Management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
