Full Time 5 days per week between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities for this key position:
- Warm and pleasant greeting of members to the business
- Day-to-day management of phone calls, emails, and member orders
- Daily completion of orders, call lists and delivery runs.
- Daily input of orders into the company software systems.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials.
- Directly report to the Customer Support Team Leader.
- Understand and contribute to a collaborative and supportive culture.
Who are we looking for?
- Ability to demonstrate strong initiative with a "can do" attitude. An exemplary work ethic with the willingness to meet deadlines and manage your tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Experience in taking and entering orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to empathize and understand our members' needs.
- Confident and efficient with technology.
- Self-motivated and the willingness to follow directions.
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Aged or Health Care experience would be ideal but not essential.
- Call centre experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Must be fully covid vaccinated
- Must be accepting of receiving an annual influenza vaccination
- Must have or be prepared to obtain a National Police Clearance
