We are seeking a Customer Service Superstar to assist with Lounge Check In (and other related duties), to join our team at Karratha Airport.
What does this role involve?
- Greeting passengers entering the lounge
- Checking passengers into flights or upgrading seats as required
- Monitoring behaviors & capacity in the lounge
- General flight enquiries
- Restocking drinks/refreshments
- Cleaning and other duties as required.
Guaranteed minimum of 19 hours per week, ability to work fulltime hours. Permanent Morning & Afternoon Shifts Available
Average weekly earnings $1129.
To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and capabilities:
- Possess either permanent residency or citizenship for Australia and hold at a minimum a Provisional WA drivers’ licence.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a background in Customer Service.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, with strict timelines.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team.
- A strong focus and committed attitude towards safety.
- Professional and courteous communication skills, both written and verbal.
- As the face of airlines, an immaculate sense of personal presentation, in line with the highest professional standards of the industry.
- Manual duties including assisting special needs passengers to the gate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
