Customer Service & Production Coordinator

LOD Workwear is a dynamic business that specializes in Branded Merchandise & Uniform programs.

We are based in Braeside, and are looking for a Full Time Customer Service & Production Coordinator.

We pride ourselves in maintaining a strong customer-focused team, whilst continuing to grow our flexible and friendly workplace.

We offer a range of services and products to our clients and this role will be helping to manage orders placed online for retail products and also for branded uniform order programs which are setup for specific customers.

The role is suited for an enthusiastic & dedicated person, who has an eye for detail and is able to work in fast-paced environment.

 Job Description: 

As a Customer Service & Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers both online and in-store, as well as assisting with embroidery production. Your duties will include:

1. Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
2. Processing online orders, manual entry on phone & email orders, payment processing, and shipment tracking.
3. Organising the Production of Branded Orders with our Embroidery & Print Team.
4. Maintaining Turnaround Times on Orders to ensure delivery time frames are met.
5. Assisting with inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and organising merchandise.
6. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Experience in Customer Service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms for order processing and communication.
4. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
