As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and solutions in the freight forwarding sector. You will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, processing quotes, and ensuring a smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and follow up on freight quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and clear communication.
- Utilize CargoWise to manage shipments, documentation, and customer data.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of cargo.
- Maintain high standards of Customer Service and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Proven experience in Customer Service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in CargoWise software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Authorized to work in Australia.
