The Role
Customer and Community are seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join their team in a permanent capacity. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Team Leaders for managing and resolving complaints and enquiries for all SA Power Networks business units. The CSRs are accountable to provide a comprehensive range of customer and business support services while promoting a Customer Service culture.
CSRs will generally carry out specific work functions associated within Customer Services, however may be required to work in one specific area within customer services as needs require; this includes after hour work during outage response in our satellite call centre
Other key objectives of the role include.
- Provision of customer service to internal and external customers.
- To efficiently source information from the business and provide accurate, reliable and customer friendly resolution to all telephone, online and email enquiries and complaints
- Provide written responses to customers regarding enquires via email, CARE enquires, REX and written letters
- Manage the follow-up, escalation, and close-out of customer complaints and enquiries
What you will need:
- Cert III in Customer Contact or a minimum of three years’ experience working in a high call volume Contact Centre
- Exceptional customer service skills

Many of our salaries are positioned well above industry standard, with this role offering a starting annual base salary of $80,036.
