- Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and job placements in our database.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, call center, or recruitment-related roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and recruitment software.
