You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:Concierge and welcome callsHome Buying Pre-QualificationDirect BankingMissed payments and early-intervention collectionsSimple Customer Service enquiriesOur shiftsWe offer an interactive and supportive training program that’ll ensure you make an immediate and lasting impression on our customers from day one.The contact centre is open between the hours of 7am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday.We have multiple Part time positions available.Our TrainingTraining will be full time for 4 weeks in office.Monday - Friday, 1pm - 6pm AESTThe start date for this intake will be 17th June 2024Your developmentIn addition to training, we offer a development program to upskill and develop your Customer Care capabilities.
