As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service to our valued customers.
Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Recording and managing all incoming phone inquiries with precision and professionalism.
- Processing customer orders and inquiries promptly and accurately through our streamlined systems (CRM).
- Assisting the sales team with documentation for quotations, urgent orders, and other sales-related tasks.
- Actively contributing to sales growth by identifying opportunities and promoting additional products to customers.
- Conducting proactive outbound calls to generate sales leads and foster customer relationships.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring no call goes unanswered.
- Ensure pricing and discounts are in line with company policies while maximising profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to address technical or commercial inquiries and provide exceptional support to our sales team.
