As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our client's company, providing outstanding service on the phone, email, and online inquiries to our valued customers. You will utilise your expertise in ERP/CRM systems to streamline processes and ensure seamless interactions at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses
- Assist customers in navigating our ERP/CRM and supporting IT platforms/systems to resolve issues and answer questions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Respond promptly, knowledgeably, and with a friendly demeanour to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Assist with credits, and warranty inquiries, guiding customers through resolutions
- Manage returns, replacements, credits, and warranty claims
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
- High self-motivation with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (specific systems and versions you use)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
