Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inbox Management: Handle a generic email inbox, ensuring every enquiry is addressed promptly and professionally.
- Customer Liaison: Be the go-to person for customer enquiries, delivering accurate and timely responses.
- Compliance Custodian: Ensure all products meet necessary compliance standards with documentation from US and China offices.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
Profile
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in Customer Service, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite, and experience with ERP systems.
- Attributes: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
