The Role
We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. If you have great Customer Service skills and love a challenge, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Manage allocated customers, either individually or across a team and identify and fulfill their needs.
- Support those customers by preparing all quotes/proposals and providing assistance as required in an accurate, efficient and professional manner.
- Generate quotes/proposals and SO’s as required to do so.
- Be able to:
- Respond to detailed questions (including tenders)
- Compile price configurations
- Work with Services Team to scope and cost installation and administration services
- Successfully resolve client issues through problem solving
- Keep abreast of the functionality and capabilities of the core products and services
- Structure relationships with the suppliers to ensure that where we need access to specific information we can obtain it quickly
- Participate in account planning
The Person
- Desirable - Business related degree or certificate(s)
- 4+ years in Administration/Customer Service/Phone Sales
- Familiarity or a passion for IT would be highly valuable
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with online portals, MS Office suite
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise appropriately
- Being organised and detailed
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving skills
